Bhubaneswar Hosts International Sand Art Festival 2023

A Global Celebration of Sand Art: Bhubaneswar, the cultural heart of Odisha, is set to host the International Sand Art Festival from December 1 to 5, 2023, at the scenic Chandrabhaga Beach, near the iconic Konark Sun Temple.
